Vanadium mica chemical composition: K(V, Al, Mg) 2 AlSi 3 O 10 (OH) 2 , Y group ions are mainly vanadium and aluminum , and the likes are mixed with magnesium , Fe 3+ , Fe 2+ , Chrome and so on. Chemical analysis data; SiO 2 48.05%, Al 2 O 3 15.00%, V 2 O 3 14.62%, P 2 O 5 0.13%, MgO 4.32%, CaO 0.34%, Fe 2 O 3 0.56%, TiO 2 0.38%, K 2 O 6.19%, BaO 1.28%, Na 2 O 0.13%, Cr 2 O 3 1.56%, F 0.05%, H 2 O + 5.44%, H 2 O - 0.28%, total 98.33 (produced in Hubei, China).
Vanadium mica is green in color, morphology and transmitted light, and pleochroism is an identification feature. Vanadium mica occurs in carbonaceous slate with high carbon content, and is symbiotic with chrome vanadium mica, chrome vanadium muscovite, and vanadium methane hydromica. Most of the crystals of vanadium mica are bright green fine fibers, and a few are in the form of flakes.
