Thirty-three sets of TPA production facilities in 18 enterprises in China have a production capacity of 1.47 million tons. Currently, a new thermal-process phosphoric acid production technology that uses common natural air to burn yellow phosphorus and produce steam is used, which has outstanding energy-saving and emission-reduction effects.
The 12-year development of the “thermal process phosphoric acid production technology that efficiently utilizes by-product steam of reaction heat production” was completed by the Yunnan Research Institute of Chemical Industry. The participation of Tsinghua University and other organizations involved the need to use dry air to burn yellow phosphorus. "The by-products" of industrial process steam thermal new phosphoric acid technology, the key equipment for this new technology is a special fuel tower with chemical reaction and thermal boiler two functions.
It is difficult to use the thermal energy generated by the yellow phosphorus combustion process using the traditional process to produce phosphoric acid, and the fused phosphorus, phosphorus supply equipment and related pipelines in the production system need to be additionally provided with coal-fired boilers for heat insulation to form a production system requiring external supply. The heat generated by the heat itself cannot use the irrational phenomenon of being wasted.
Mei Yi, Dean of the Yunnan Institute of Chemical Industry, introduced that compared with the traditional thermal-process phosphoric acid production technology, this new technology realized the recovery and utilization of heat energy, with a heat recovery rate of 65.2%, while reducing circulating cooling water by 60% and reducing circulation. With an acid content of 50%, a new production facility with the same scale will reduce investment by 20%, and the original production capacity will increase by 30% after the transformation of traditional production facilities.
At present, this new technology has achieved large-scale promotion and application of the industry, Yunnan Malong Industry Group, Yunnan Nanyang Group Co., Ltd., Jiangyin Chengxing Phosphorus Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Hubei Xingfa Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Chuandong Chemical (Group) ) Companies with large influence in listed companies such as Co., Ltd. and well-known companies have a production capacity of 1.47 million tons, accounting for 39% of the total thermal phosphoric acid production capacity in the country. In the past three years, the new production value of the project adopting this new technology has reached 1.238 billion yuan, profits and taxes have increased by 245 million yuan, and expenditures have been reduced by 125 million yuan. At the same time, annual energy consumption is equivalent to 340,000 tons of standard coal. Saving water 7.67 million cubic meters, saving 14.08 million kwh, and reducing annual carbon dioxide emissions by 850,000 tons, reducing coal combustion sulfur dioxide emissions 16,000 tons and solid waste slag amount of 183,000 tons.
