Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd.'s Sizing Engineering Department, Zhengzhou Yuanjian Textile Printing and Dyeing Data Equipment Co., Ltd., and the Production Technology Department of Zhengzhou Sanmian Co., Ltd. jointly conducted a four-month production test on the US Wet Card TMYHM8023 moisture regain transmitter for the No. 5 and No. 7 sizing machines in the Zhengzhou Sanmian sizing workshop. The test was fully successful, proving the device's reliability and performance in real industrial conditions.
During the trial period, four different fabric types were tested—pure cotton, polyester-viscose, polyester-cotton, and cotton-polyester—and their results were compared with those from imported equipment and laboratory data. A total of 39 valid data points were collected to evaluate the accuracy and stability of the YHM8023. The results showed that the average absolute error of the TMYHM8023 compared to laboratory data was within ±0.4%, demonstrating its high precision. Moreover, after four months of continuous operation, especially during the hottest season of the year, the device experienced zero failures, further confirming its robustness and durability.
The US Wet Card TMYHM8023 is specifically designed for textile printing and dyeing machinery. It offers full compatibility with PLC systems, using standard current signal interfaces to transmit moisture regain data directly to automation systems. This allows various textile dyeing and finishing machines to integrate and utilize moisture data efficiently for precise process control.
