In order to solve the existing problem of dehydration of copper concentrates, Daye Iron Mine decided to start with transforming the filter. After on-site examination, we believe that there are indeed many problems in the current copper concentrate filter. The prominent structure of the filter fan is irrational. A considerable part of the filter fan can not be immersed in the pulp, but exposed to the air, reducing the filter The vacuum degree reduces the effective filtering area again; the filter fan is of wood, low in strength, easily damaged, and structurally disadvantageous; in configuration, it is a vacuum pump with two filters, the amount of pumping is small; the liquid surface of the filter tank is biased Low, but also reduce the filter area and vacuum; use of multi-filament polyester filter cloth, the filtrate concentration is high; the spindle speed is not fixed and so on. However, most of these problems can be improved through transformation. Therefore, it was decided to transform a copper concentrate filter first and then promote it later.
