Wang Bingnan pointed out that it is necessary to fully understand the new situation facing the market construction work. At present, the downward pressure on the economy has increased, the influence of information technology has deepened, the status of domestic trade circulation has been continuously strengthened in the national economy, and the requirements for fulfilling duties have been continuously improved. The fundamental goal of market construction under the new situation is to establish a unified, open and competitive commodity market system.
