The low deaerator used in the Suifuku Sulfuric Acid Plant has an oxygen removal temperature of 104°C. According to the field exhaust conditions and the oxygen removal pipe diameter, the exhaust gas is exhausted at a rate of about 0.6 tons/hour and the steam condensate is discharged. Steam condensate is saturated high-temperature demineralized water, and its thermal energy value accounts for about 25% of steam thermal energy. If the direct discharge is not recycled, it will not only waste water resources and thermal energy resources, but also cause environmental pollution. In order to solve this problem, the engineering and technical personnel of Huafu Phosphate Fertilizer Plant and Wuhan Colin Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. have jointly researched and developed the technology and equipment for the recovery of exhaust gas from the thermal system. The economic and environmental benefits after the investment are significant. It is reported that this technology will be fully promoted and used in other units of the Fuk Group.
