1. Self-sealing oxygen bomb:

The oxygen bomb adopts an automatic sealing rubber gasket. When the oxygen bomb is oxygenated to a certain pressure, the rubber gasket is in close contact with the projectile and the projectile cover due to pressure, resulting in airtightness between the two. And the greater the difference between the pressure inside and outside the cylinder, the better the sealing performance. The intermediate air valve is also tightly closed by pressure. Oxygen enters the cylinder from around the middle valve screw and will not directly pressurize the sample. It can also protect the dome sealing system during ignition. 2. Outer tube:

Form the environment required for the experiment to prevent heat exchange. There is a temperature transmitter, ignition wire, and stirring on the outer cylinder cover.

3. Blender:

The inner cylinder stirrer is driven by a motor and the stirring speed is 300 rpm. Through the movement of the propeller of the stirrer, the heat released from the combustion of the sample is evenly distributed in the calorimetric system as soon as possible. The motor and the stirrer are connected by a heat-insulating fixing plate to prevent the measurement accuracy due to the heat generated by the motor. The agitator motor is a synchronous motor and the rotation speed is stable.

4. Ignition wire:

Pass 24V AC to ignite the ignition wire. The ignition wire is generally spirally wound in the middle of a nichrome wire having a diameter of about 0.10 mm and is in contact with the sample. When current is passed, the nichrome wire is burned into red heat and melted in a short time to ignite the sample.

5. Gas pressure reducer:

Gas pressure reducer for bottled oxygen decompression. It can maintain a stable and sufficient flow to the oxygen bomb, the maximum working pressure of the intake air is 15MPa, and the minimum working pressure is not less than twice the working pressure. The pressure reducer has two pressure gauges, one of which indicates the oxygen cylinder. The internal pressure can indicate 0 to 25 MPa. Another table indicates the pressure of oxygen bombs that are filled with oxygen. It can indicate 0 to 6 MPa. A pressure relief valve is installed between the two tables. The pressure gauge is checked at least once a year by a state agency. To ensure that the indicated readings are correct and safe to use.
