The Cummins Filtration business primarily produces a range of filters for diesel engines. The lightweight filters are part of the Cummins Filtration business. Joseph Saoud, president of Cummins Filtration Systems, stated: "The IOP company is very strong. After this part of the business is sold, it will be beneficial to the development of the company's entire filter system business.
