FAW Liberation 12 mass transmission transmission production

On September 6, China FAW Group Corporation held a "CA12TA Transmission Mass Production Quality Confirmation Meeting" at Liberated Transmission Division. FAW Group Quality Committee approved CA12TA to liberate the mass production of transmissions after careful review. This is the third heavy-duty transmission product that was officially put into production after the CA9TB160 single countershaft fully synchronous heavy-duty transmission and the CA10TA190 double countershaft heavy-duty transmission.

The new transmission is developed by FAW Technology Center. Relevant data show that CA12TA is the main sub-tank structure, the main box adopts dual intermediate shafts, and the sub-tank adopts helical gear transmission, with compact structure and strong bearing capacity. In addition, the speed ratio range of this transmission is relatively large. It can meet the requirements of high-speed fuel-saving for tractors while satisfying the requirements for climbing and starting of dump trucks.

It is understood that in order to ensure the realization of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” strategic goal, FAW Group will implement quality accreditation for key auto and assembly products and strictly control the quality of new product put into operation. The CA12TA transmission passed ten rig tests, ten road tests before being put into operation, and conducted user use tests in demanding fixed-point mining areas.

The FAW Liberation Transmission Division was responsible for producing the new CA12TA transmission. According to the company’s leadership, said: “We have already carefully prepared for production, and in accordance with FAW's mass production process certification process requirements, strictly fulfilled the production parts approval process. This highly competitive CA12TA transmission has been reviewed by the FAW Group Quality Committee. , the company's product line will be more abundant."
