1, 【The pump does not turn at start-up】

Reason: The packing is too tight or the impeller and the pump body are jammed by the sundries; the pump shaft, bearing and leakage ring are rusted; the pump shaft is seriously bent.

Remedy: Relax the packing and unclog the sink: disassemble the pump to remove debris or rust; correct the bent shaft or renew the pump shaft.

2、【Water pump does not water after start】

Cause: There is air in the pump or water in the inlet pipe; the bottom valve is not closed properly, the filling water is not filled, the vacuum pump packing is seriously leaking, and the gate valve or flap door is not closed.

Remedy: Remove debris, replace the damaged rubber pad, change the direction of the valve; compact or replace the new packing, close the valve or shoot the door; increase the amount of irrigation, until the bleeder plug does not take the air; replacement Cracked pipe water; reduce the head and push the pump nozzle into the water for 0.5 meters.

3, [insufficient traffic]

Reason: The actual lift of the pump exceeds the allowable lift; the speed is not matched or the belt slips and the speed is low; the installation angle of the axial pump blade is too small; the suction range is too high; the bottom valve, pipe and impeller partially block or the impeller is missing; the outlet pipe leaks water serious.

Remedy: Reduce the head, restore the rated speed, remove the belt dirt and adjust the tightness of the belt; adjust the blade angle, reduce the pump installation position; tighten the gland, seal the leakage of the pump, press packing or replace the packing; remove the plug, Replace the impeller; replace the leak ring and block the leak.

4, 【Flow from big to small】

Cause: The filter or bell mouth is gradually blocked by debris; the dynamic water level is lowered, and the depth of water in the inlet pipe is insufficient.

Remedy: Remove debris, increase the depth of the bottom valve into the water.

5, 【Run out of water interruptions】

No water or intermittent water break out, less water.

1 The motor is not started, eliminating the circuit failure;

2 pipeline blockage, clear the blockage;

3 pipeline rupture, repair welding or change of praise;

4 The filter net is blocked and the plug is removed;

5 If the discharge port is exposed to the water surface, it is recommended to change the pump if the discharge pump is still not working.

6 Invert the electric pump and change the phase sequence of the power cable;

7 Pump casing seal ring, impeller damaged, replace with new one.

6, [motor can not start, accompanied by snoring]

1 If one phase breaks, repair the line;

2 bearing shaft, repair or replacement;

3 foreign matter inside the impeller and the pump stuck, remove foreign matter;

4 Low voltage, adjust the voltage.

7, 【The current is too large, the ammeter pointer swing】

1 rotor sweeping chamber, replace the guide bearing;

8、【Insulation resistance of motor winding to ground is low】

Damage to motor windings and cable joints or cables, replacement of windings, repair of joints or cables.

9, 【Vibration during operation of the unit】

1 The rotor of the motor is unbalanced and can be tightened except loose bolts. The rest of the faults are sent to the manufacturer for disposal.

2 The impeller of the water pump is not balanced;

3 The motor or pump shaft is bent.

10, [Loose connection bolts]

Causes: There is debris in the pipeline or water inlet; the wear of the packing, looseness, and plugging of the water seal pipe; the impeller is broken or loose; the dynamic water level is drastically reduced.

Remedy: Remove obstructions, replace the packing, clear the channels of the water pipe, install the water seal properly, tighten or replace the impeller, lower the installation position of the water pump, or wait until the water level rises.

11, [power consumption is too high]

Cause: High speed; pump shaft bent; debris around the blade; head too high.

Remedy: Adjust the appropriate speed; correct the pump shaft.
