2, the rotor part:

2) Sleeve:

4) Impeller:

(1) impeller on the shaft with the general use of D / gd with.

(2) new impeller should find a static balance, if necessary, find a balance. Rotor components must be subject to a balancing test at the factory. The remaining unbalance allowed on the outside diameter of the impeller during quiescent equilibrium should not be greater than the allowable limit of static balance of the static balance at 3000 r / min.

3, bearing parts:

1) plain bearings:

(4) Where axial thrust bearing with a rolling bearing pump, the outer race of the rolling bearing should not be crushed, the general should be left 0.04-0.08mm gap.

4, sealing device:

1) Gland:

(1) Gland and sleeve diameter clearance is generally 0.75-1.00mm.

(2) The non-perpendicularity of the plane of the mechanical seal gland and the gasket contacting the centerline of the shaft is ≯0.02mm.

(3) The gap between the gland and the inner wall of the stuffing box is generally> 0.20mm.

(4) The thickness of gasket between mechanical seal gland and stuffing box should be kept at 1-3mm.

(5) gland static ring anti-rotation groove root and anti-rotation pin, should maintain an axial 1-2mm gap to prevent pressure tight seal ring and hold-up.

2) packing ring:

(1) The diameter of the packing ring and the shaft sleeve clearance is generally 1-1.5mm.

3) Filler bottom sleeve and the diameter of the gap is generally 0.70-1.00mm.

4) The diameter of the balance sleeve and sleeve clearance is generally 0.5-1.2mm.

5, coupling:

1) Coupling and shaft should be used with D / gd.

2) The axial clearance between both ends of the coupling is generally 2-6mm.

3) The installation of tooth-shaped coupling should ensure that the external teeth in the middle of the tooth width.

4) When installing the elastic cylindrical pin coupling, the rubber ring and the pin should be interference fit and have a certain force. The diameter of the rubber ring and the coupling hole clearance should be 1-1.5mm.
