"Video Structured Intelligent Analysis Platform" makes full use of video data information generated by established video networking platform systems, electric police systems, and micro-cabinet systems, and utilizes established video networking platform systems, electronic police systems, micro-kakou systems, etc. A series of business application systems are used to comb and integrate existing video data information, find out regular, and usually not easily found, effective information for related business applications, so as to improve and improve the investigation work of public security agencies involving video cases.

The system uses a three-tier framework system structure, which is the data access layer, system core layer and platform interconnection layer (shown in Figure 1).
1. Data access layer: The main function is to access high-definition surveillance video, storage video, and offline temporary data to the system core module for identification and analysis through various interface protocols. Interface protocols can directly interface with existing video networking platforms, electric police systems, interface systems, storage systems, and offline data, and can also be extracted from people and vehicles in the video image information by docking the platform data bus to extract analysis data.
2. System core layer: The main function is to perform element enhancement, data analysis, object identification, feature analysis, data comparison, data classification statistics, and data retrieval on the original data submitted by the data access layer through the corresponding functions of different modules. Data application, system management and resource interconnection. This layer is the core part of the entire system and integrates functions such as data access, data analysis, data management, and data applications. Not only provides a source of data for the application of this system, but also provides a clear interface definition and massive data support for integration with other application platforms.
3. Platform interconnection layer: The main function is to use a standardized interface definition to seamlessly integrate with the application platform. Through the clear definition of the uplink and downlink interfaces of the service data, the uplink and downlink interfaces of the status data, and the uplink and downlink interfaces of the management status, the seamless connection with the third-party service platform is completed.
