Mine production capacity and well type

Mine production capacity generally refers to the design production capacity of the mine, expressed in 10,000 t / a (or Mt / a, l Mt / a = 1 million t / a). In some production mines, the original production capacity needs to be changed. Therefore, the capacity of each production system of the mine should be re-approved, and the comprehensive production capacity after verification is called the approved production capacity. According to different mine production capacity, China divides mines into three types: large, medium and small, which are called well types. Large mines: mines with a capacity of 1.20 Mt/a, 1.5 Mt/a, 1,80 Mt/a, 2.40 Mt/a, 3.00 Mt/a, 4.00 Mt/a, 5.00 Mt/a and 5.00 Mt/a or more . 3.00 Mt/a and above mines are also called extra large mines.

Medium-sized mine: The production capacity is 450,000 t/a, 10,000 tons/a, and 900,000 t/a.

Small mines: production capacity of 90,000 l / a, I 50,000 t / a, 210,000 t / a and 300,000 t / a,
