Flotation containing two or more useful components of a multi-metal ore, we must first solve the problem of the recovery order in a variety of useful minerals. If the first mineral is first floated to suppress the remaining minerals, and then the other mineral that is inhibited is activated and floated, the process of recovering useful minerals in turn is called a preferential flotation process. For example, copper zinc ore flotation process is shown in FIG. This process is based on the difference in the floatability of the mineral, which is preferentially floated and then floated. If in the above case, two or more useful minerals of the ore are first floated together to obtain a mixed concentrate, and then the mixed concentrate is sorted to obtain qualified concentrates of different useful minerals. The floatable process is also called the hybrid flotation process. As shown in Figure 4. It is to divide the useful minerals to be floated into two parts, easy to float and difficult to float according to the floatability. They are separately floated in the order of easy and difficult, and then separated. It is applicable to the same minerals including complex polymetallic ores that are both easy to float and difficult to float.
