Global sales: a record high for four consecutive months
In April 2016, Jaguar Land Rover's global retail sales volume was 41,341 units, compared with 37,286 units in the same period last year, an increase of 10.88% year-on-year. China remains the largest single market for Jaguar Land Rover, with sales reaching 9,135 units in April, up 10.21% from the April 2015 figure of 8,289 units. From January to April, Jaguar Land Rover's cumulative retail sales in the Chinese market was 37,099 units, compared with 31,815 units in the same period last year, up 16.61% year-on-year.
