Describe:

 The line strainers should be installed the upstream shutoff valve and the inlet the backflow preventer .The line filters are  installed on the pressure line of the hydraulic system to filter out the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid, leachate, carbon residue, etc., resulting from the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself, so as to prevent the valve core from getting stuck. The clogging of slot and damping hole in throttle hole and the breakage of hydraulic components. The filters have good filtering effect and high precision, but it is difficult to clean after clogging, and the filter elements should be replaced.

 

Characteristics:

The line filters are especially suitable for automatic control systems and servo systems. It can prevent high precision control elements and actuators from being worn out or jammed too early because of pollution, thus reducing the failure and prolonging the service life of the components. The filter adopts imported fiberglass Filter Material, which has the advantages of high filtration precision, strong oil flow ability, small original pressure loss and large amount of sewage.
