Stainless Cooking Oil Plate Frame Filter/Food Liquid Filter Machine

Production Introduction

The equipment is a multi-layer frame filter suitable for processes requiring fine filtration and semi-fine filtration such as purification, sterilization, and defecation with sealed filtration in low viscosity liquids with minimal sludge content under a concentration of 50%. It uses microporous filtration film directly to achieve sterile filtration without passing through the microporous membrane.

Features
1) The machine is made of high-quality stainless steel (1Crl8Ni9Ti or 316L), corrosion-resistant and durable.
2) The filter plate uses a screw structure. Depending on the different production processes (early filter, semi-fine filter, fine filter), different filters can be replaced (direct selection of microporous membranes can achieve sterile filtration). Users can also adjust the number of filter plates according to the size of the production flow.


3) All sealed parts are equipped with rings (milky white silicone rubber seals, non-toxic and high temperature resistant), ensuring no leakage and good sealing performance.
4) The machine operates under pressurized closed filtration, preventing loss of liquid material. The clarity of the filtered liquid is excellent, and it effectively removes bacteria (using medium-speed filter paper and microporous membranes provides particularly good sterilization results).
5) The machine can be specially equipped with an automatic return channel based on user needs. After the pump stops rotating, opening the return valve (which also serves as a deflation function) allows for automatic discharge of sediment. In the filtration of high-viscosity liquids, it ensures smooth liquid flow and automatically discharges various impurities. At the same time, water from the backhammer can be returned to the filter for temporary cleaning purposes.
6) The connection between the pump and the input tube is secured by a three-fold ring, providing a solid seal and making it easy to unload and clean.
