Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve, with larger meshes producing longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic is transported to the separator via a conveyor belt. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic particles (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by an air blower. The collected dust and debris are stored in a dust collection bag, which is emptied when full to ensure environmental compliance.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials are sorted through aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. Adjusting the speed and amplitude of the conveyor allows copper (with higher specific gravity) to move downward while lighter plastics rise, enabling efficient separation and discharge through different outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on a sturdy underbed to form a complete unit. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection for immediate use.
