The Automatic Control Cable Wire Granulator is designed for efficient recycling of scrap copper wires and cables such as automobile wires, telecommunication wires, and other types of copper wires. This machine helps recover valuable copper by separating it from the plastic sheath. It consists of key components like a Crusher, Crushed Material Channel, Vibrating Separator, Air Blower, Dust Collector, and an Underbed, ensuring a complete and eco-friendly process.

This granulator is ideal for crushing and separating copper cables. It is widely used in recycling facilities to extract pure copper and plastic materials from waste cables. The machine is suitable for various types of copper wires with diameters ranging from 0.3mm to 20mm.

Automatic Control Cable Wire Granulator Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down, and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen—larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the mesh size based on the type of wire being processed.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this step, dust and lightweight plastics (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The dust collector uses a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution, and the collected dust and light plastic are discharged when the bag is full.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate copper granules and plastic pieces. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials move differently under aerodynamic and vibration forces. By adjusting the speed and amplitude, heavier copper granules move downward, while lighter plastic particles move upward, and both are discharged through separate outlets.
  4. All units are mounted on a base frame, forming a compact system. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to a power supply to start production.
