Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh used, with larger meshes producing longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The resulting mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator via a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector with a filter bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some light plastics are collected in the bag and disposed of when full.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials are separated through aerodynamic forces and vibration friction. By adjusting the speed and amplitude, heavier copper granules move downward, while lighter plastic pieces rise, allowing both to be discharged through different outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on the underbed, forming a compact structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, requiring only a power connection to start operations.
