Anti-wear Slag Discharge Valve

Function and utility
  This valve is used to control open and close of dust conveying pipelines installed in thermal power generation, papermaking, steel, coal chemical industries and so on. Applicable mediums: dry ash, dust and lime-ash.
Working pressure 0.6MPa-1.6MPa, air pressure 0.4MPa-0.6MPa, working temperature≤180ºC,
The valve should be installed vertically on pipeline. It is forbidden to install the valve with cylinder face down.

Performance characteristics
  1. This valve is suitable for ash handling pipelines, and it is used as one of the effective valves in controlling bin pump discharge. Using the latest ZTA composite industrial ceramic, this valve has a hardness of HRC>=90 with high toughness, thus solving the problem with the crisp of ceramics. The valve also has an excellent sealing performance as it uses double disc double sealed design. In operation, the valve plate rotates automatically with the up-and-down motion. And the self-grinding between valve plate and seat can prolong the service life of the valve. To ensure the normal operation of the valve, a purging device is also equipped to eliminate ash deposition in valve chamber that may occur after a long service time.
    This valve applies to the size of DN200, DN175, DN150, DN125 and DN100
