The Shenyang Chemical Group's annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of acrylic acid equipment and two sets of 130,000 tons of acrylate production facilities fully utilized the Group's paraffin wax chemical company's propylene resources and public works. With a total investment of 1.29 billion yuan, it is the largest investment in fine chemical projects in the history of Shenyang. The construction of the entire project was completed in only 25 months, which created the record of the shortest construction period and lowest cost of similar devices in the country. The project is one of the landmark projects for rejuvenating Liaoning's petrochemical industry. After the project is put into production, Shenyang Chemical Industry Group can increase annual sales revenue by 2.3 billion yuan and profits and taxes by 600 million yuan. At the same time, acrylic acid and esters have also played an important role in Shenyang's petrochemical industry as well as in Liaoning's petrochemical industry, which has lengthened the industrial chain and effectively adjusted the industrial structure.
