He also made an outlook on the next phase of the promotion of new energy vehicles. He said that the country hopes to guide local governments to maintain the continuity of policies. “The speed at which local policies are implemented is very crucial. If local policies are not clear, companies will wait and see. Because there are national subsidies, most of the models are still not enough, and some support is needed at the local level, including Local subsidies."
Wu Zhixin also made predictions and analysis on the policies that may be introduced in the next stage. In the field of public transport, the oil supplement of traditional bus vehicles may be converted into electric bus operating subsidies. "The subsidy is still relatively large. The general figures are not necessarily accurate. In general, the oil supplement of a big bus in the previous year may have more than 60,000 yuan of oil. According to the 8-year operating cycle, the subsidy is close to 500,000. ."
In the management of the fuel consumption value of the vehicle enterprises, the national target requirements will be gradually implemented, and the enterprises that fail to meet the standards will be urged or punished. “These vehicle manufacturers must produce a certain amount of electric vehicles and put them on the market to ensure that the average fuel consumption of the company can reach 5 liters in 2020.”
