This automatic control cable wire granulator is designed for recycling scrap copper wires and cables, including automobile wires, communication cables, and other types of copper wires, to recover valuable copper. The machine consists of a crusher, crushed material channel, vibrating separator, air blower, dust collector, and underbed, among other components.

The automatic control cable wire granulator is used for crushing and separating copper cables. It's ideal for processing various types of copper wires, such as those from electrical appliances, industrial machinery, and more.

Processing Procedures of the Automatic Control Cable Wire Granulator:
  1. Copper wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve. Larger meshes produce longer pieces and higher output. Choose the appropriate mesh based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. The blower connects to the dust collector, which uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. When the bag is full, the dust and lightweight plastic are discharged.
  3. The vibrating separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules. Due to differences in physical properties and specific gravity, the materials move differently under aerodynamic and vibration forces. By adjusting the speed and amplitude, heavier copper granules move to the bottom and upwards, while lighter plastic pieces move to the top and downwards. Both are then discharged through different openings.
  4. All units are installed on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply for immediate use.
