Recycling Equipment for Household Copper Cable Processing Procedures:
  1. Copper wires are fed into the crusher where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve, with larger meshes producing longer pieces and higher output. The mesh should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is transported to the separator by conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. This blower is connected to a dust collector that uses a dust collection bag to prevent environmental pollution. Dust and some lightweight plastics are stored in the bag and discharged when full.
  3. The separator separates plastic pieces and copper granules based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward and upward, while lighter plastic pieces move upward and downward, eventually being discharged through separate openings.
  4. All units are mounted on the underbed to form a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply to start production.
