Recycling Equipment for Household Copper Cable Processing Procedures:
  1. Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are broken down and the plastic sheath is separated from the copper. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the sieve, with larger mesh sizes producing longer pieces and higher output. Mesh size should be selected based on the type of material being processed.
  2. The crushed material (a mix of copper granules and plastic pieces) is conveyed to the separator via a conveyor belt. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic particles (such as fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by an air blower. This blower is connected to a dust collector that uses a dust collection bag to prevent dust emissions, ensuring environmental protection. Dust and some lightweight plastics are stored in the bag and discharged when it's full.
  3. The separator is used to separate plastic pieces and copper granules based on differences in their physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the speed of the conveyor and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward, while lighter plastic pieces move upward. Both materials are eventually discharged through different outlets.
  4. All components are mounted on a base frame to form a complete unit. The machine is pre-adjusted and ready for operation before shipping, requiring only a power connection upon arrival.
