 High Efficiency Dry Ore Magnetic Separator Machine mainly consists of four parts: cylinder, magnetic system, cell, and transmission components. The cylinder is made of 2-3mm welded and bent stainless steel, with a forged aluminum plate terminal cover connected using stainless bolts.
The magnetic system is a ring-shaped closed magnetic circuit, consisting of copper tubing coils that are internally water-cooled. Grooved plates made from magnetic conductive stainless steel serve as the magnetic matrix. This separator offers a short magnetic circuit, minimal magnetic flux leakage, high magnetic intensity, low energy consumption, a simple structure, and easy maintenance.
